Smog Check Station - One Test Can Save You And The Environment

Are you a new car owner living in San Francisco? Well, for certain, there must be at least one smog check station inside the city. For a place which has this type of test mandatory for all its citizens, it's impossible for you not to find one. The state of California has been labeled as one of the most smog pollulated locations in the world today. In order to combat this environmental disaster and also, this devastating reputation, the local government of the mentioned state has issued an act making smog checks a requirement. 

However, not all cars are required to have one. Smog produced from vehicles can also harm the environment. Apart from causing sicknesses, these can actually create green house gases such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen, ozone and sulfur dioxide and cause what we call global warming. This has contributed to the quick deterioration of our forests, mountains and many others, unfortunately.
